What happens when you upload
- The file is not kept. Robo reads the text and discards the file.

- AI only when you pay. The free scan uses rules, not AI. Paid products send your CV text to an AI model through our provider to write your results.
- Nobody else sees it. Not sold, not shared, not used for marketing unless you tick the box.

FAQ
Before you upload
Is the CV scan really free?
Yes. The scan, the score, every issue it finds and the emailed report are free, with no account and no card. You only pay if you want Robo to write the fixes (€3.99) or tailor applications (packages from €19.99).
What happens to my CV after I upload it?
Robo reads the text from your file; the file itself is not kept. The extracted text and your results are stored for up to 30 days so you can email yourself the report or buy the review, then deleted automatically. If you buy the review, the text is sent to an AI model through our provider to write it. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.
Do I need an account?
Not for the scan or the €3.99 review. Packages are linked to the email you buy with, and you sign in with a one-time code sent to that email — no password.
How is the score worked out?
Five areas are scored from what Robo finds in your CV — impact, structure, language, ATS readability, and contact details and conventions — and combined as a weighted average. Each area shows the reason for its score. It measures how well your CV presents you, not whether you are right for a job.
Will Robo make things up on my CV?
No. Robo rewrites your wording but keeps your facts. Where a number would help and your CV does not have one, it leaves a placeholder like [add figure] for you to fill in — or delete.
Is this a subscription?
No. Everything is a one-time payment through Stripe. Package credits last 12 months. Nothing renews.
