Delete your account
You can delete your Robo.ie account and everything we hold about you, at any time, without contacting us. Confirm your email below and it is done immediately.
We will send a 6-digit code to confirm the address is yours.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and sign-in details
- Any CV text you uploaded, and the analyses produced from it
- Your cover letter and interview practice history
- Your remaining credit balance
What we cannot delete, and why
- Payment records
- Held by Stripe, our payment processor, which is the book of record for accounting, tax and refunds. We do not control their retention period.
- Anonymous usage logs
- Some abuse-prevention logs are keyed by IP address or an anonymous device token rather than your email. They are not linked to you and cannot be traced back to you.
Unused credits are not refunded
Credit packages are sold for one-off use and deleting your account forfeits any you have not spent. If you want a refund instead, contact us before deleting.
